Shipping

Shipping is free for orders over 150.00 euros throughout Italy. For orders below this amount, shipping costs are €7.90, unless different temporary promotions apply. In Europe, the shipping cost is displayed at checkout before payment.

PrestigeModaUomo ships to Italy and worldwide using the express courier service DHL, SDA, FEDEX, BRT. All goods shipped by PrestigeModaUomo are carefully packaged. Along with the shipped goods, PrestigeModaUomo will include a sales document with price and discount details in the package. To receive a tax invoice, an explicit request must be made during the order process.

 

 

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times are subject to the destination areas of the products.

ITALY: delivery is approximately expected within 2/5 business days from shipment.

EU European Countries: delivery is approximately expected within 3/5 business days from shipment.

Non-EU European Countries: delivery is approximately expected within 5/7 business days from shipment.

Rest of the World: delivery is approximately expected up to 5/10 days from shipment with Express Service.

 

 

FREE INSURANCE

PrestigeModaUomo is covered by free insurance against theft and/or accidental damage for all shipments. The insurance remains valid until the moment of delivery of the goods. N.B. In the event of delivery of externally damaged packages, the customer is obliged to accept delivery with reservations, asking the courier to note the anomaly found, or in serious cases, refuse delivery, which is a condition for exercising the right to compensation.

 

ORDER FULFILLMENT

All regularly completed orders will be processed within two business days: all shipments depart from PrestigeModaUomo, (Italy), only on business days, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be handled on the following Monday.

 

TRACK YOUR SHIPMENT ONLINE

PrestigeModaUomo offers its customers a traceable shipping service at all times, thanks to the service provided by DHL, Poste Italiane, and TNT Fedex. The Customer will receive an email confirming the shipment of the goods with a link to the tracking page provided by the courier, which will allow them to check the status of their shipment at any time.

 

WORLDWIDE SHIPMENTS

Shipments can be DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) or DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), depending on the shipping address. DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) shipments are made to EU countries (Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Hungary) where VAT/TVA is already calculated and included in the purchase price. DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) shipments are for non-EU or non-Schengen countries, which are not subject to VAT/TVA payment on the purchase price.

 

 

 

DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Once the goods are delivered, it is the Customer's responsibility to carefully inspect the package before signing the delivery receipt. If the packaging appears tampered with or not intact, the Customer must sign the delivery receipt with reservations or refuse delivery. Any anomalies must be promptly reported to the local office of the courier that made the delivery and to PrestigeModaUomo, by sending an email to our customer service. If the Customer refuses delivery of the goods, except in cases of tampered and/or not intact packages, any shipping costs necessary for returning the package to PrestigeModaUomo will be deducted from the refund due to the Customer. If for any reason the shipment cannot be delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of registration, the package will be returned to PrestigeModaUomo at the Customer's expense. In this case, PrestigeModaUomo will deduct this amount from any refund due to the Customer.
