Our 14-day return policy means that, after receiving an item, you have 14 days to request a return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags and warranty seals intact, and in its original packaging. 

How to Make a Return

To initiate a return request, log in to your account on prestigemodauomo.it and follow these steps:

1. Go to the My Orders section and select the order containing the item you wish to return.
2. Click on Request Return and select the products you wish to return.
3. Indicate the reason for the return and confirm the request.
4. You will receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions.

Conditions for Return:

• The return must be requested within 14 days from the delivery date.
• Products must be returned in their original condition, with tags, warranty seal, and packaging intact.
• Items must not have been worn, washed, or altered.

Refund:

• Once the return is received and verified, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
• The refund will be credited to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
