ORDERS Purchasing from PrestigeModaUomo is a simple and secure process. The customer must view the collections, choose the product, and order its shipment. The online store offers clothing and accessories from the best international fashion brands. Thanks to the exclusive service and unmistakable style of PrestigeModaUomo, shopping will become a unique experience. To browse the proposals, simply select a CATEGORY and discover the selection of products from leading Italian and international brands offered by PrestigeModaUomo. Each product is accompanied by a descriptive sheet providing information on the model, price, composition, sizes, and colors.

 

With ADD TO CART, the desired item is placed in a virtual shopping bag, allowing you to continue browsing other pages of the site, awaiting order confirmation. At any time, you can add new purchases or, using the DELETE ITEM function, remove those already selected. Clicking on the SHOPPING BAG link displays the prices of the individual items purchased and the total amount of the order, which is still partial and unconfirmed. Thanks to the WISHLIST functionality, you can create a list of your favorite items while shopping, which will be stored in a reserved space, with the ability to review them whenever you wish. Once you have made your choice, simply add your selection directly to the cart.

 

With SUBMIT ORDER, online shopping comes to an end. If you are already a PrestigeModaUomo customer, simply enter your email and password, and the system will automatically recognize you. If this is your first visit to the PrestigeModaUomo online store, you need to register on the site (by clicking on the REGISTRATION link) to enter the necessary details for purchase and shipping. Once registered, the system will store your information, and you will be automatically recognized during subsequent visits.

Our Commercial Policy

 offers products for sale on PrestigeModaUomo, and conducts its e-commerce business exclusively with its end-users who are "consumers."
2. When we speak of a "consumer," we refer to any natural person acting on 
PrestigeModaUomo for purposes unrelated to their commercial, entrepreneurial, or professional activity, if any. If you are not a "consumer," we invite you to refrain from conducting commercial transactions on PrestigeModaUomo
3. In consideration of its commercial policy, PrestigeModaUomo  reserves the right not to process orders from parties other than the "consumer" or orders that do not comply with its commercial policy.
4. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale exclusively govern the offer, submission, and acceptance of purchase orders for products on 
PrestigeModaUomo  between users of PrestigeModaUomo .
5. The General Terms and Conditions of Sale do not, however, regulate the provision of services or the sale of products by parties other than 
PrestigeModaUomo  who are present on PrestigeModaUomo  via links, banners, or other hypertext links.

PrestigeModaUomo  reserves the right to cancel and/or delete any order for any reason (unavailability, inventory error, defective items). Of course, cancellation is followed by a full refund of the amount spent; this refund will be made using the same method as the original payment for the order.

1. Only authentic, high-quality branded products are offered for sale on 
PrestigeModaUomo. These products are purchased directly from manufacturers or official distributors.
 All trademarks mentioned on the site are registered trademarks of their respective owners who hold the rights and ownership. The mere mention of these trademarks on the site does not suggest or imply that their respective owners have any affiliation or agreement with the site itself. Most of the brands present on the website and referring to products for sale on PrestigeModaUomo are famous brands known to the general public and to every user of PrestigeModaUomo.

2.  PrestigeModaUomo  does not sell used, irregular, or lower-quality products than the corresponding standards offered on the market.
3. The essential characteristics of the products are presented on 
PrestigeModaUomo within each product sheet. However, the images and colors of the products offered for sale on PrestigeModaUomo  may not correspond to the real ones due to the Internet browser and monitor used.
4. Product prices may be subject to updates. Please verify the final sale price before submitting the corresponding order form. The change in the sale price, whether an increase or decrease, is our unquestionable choice and may occur even a few seconds after you close your order.

PrestigeModaUomo, in the event you exercise your right of withdrawal, has the right not to accept the return of products that lack their labels or guarantee seals, products that have been altered in their essential and qualitative characteristics, or that have been damaged. In the case of products returned in conditions requiring restoration, the costs of the service will be charged to the customer and deducted from the refund.
6. As this is a catalog comparable by law to mail-order sales,
PrestigeModaUomo reserves the right to cancel orders and/or purchase procedures in case of an error in the publication of prices or items for sale. In this case, the customer will, of course, be refunded all expenses incurred.


 

SHIPPING

 

 

Shipping in Italy is free for orders over €150.00; below this amount, a contribution of €7.90 is required.

PrestigeModaUomo ships to Italy and worldwide through a partnership with the best national and international couriers. All goods shipped by PrestigeModaUomo are carefully packaged. Along with the shipped goods, PrestigeModaUomo will include in the package a fiscal receipt (or, if requested by e-mail, an invoice) detailing the prices of the purchased items.

 

FREE INSURANCE

PrestigeModaUomo covers all shipments with free insurance against theft and/or accidental damage. The insurance remains valid until the moment of delivery of the goods. N.B. In case of delivery of externally damaged packages, the customer is obliged to accept the delivery with reservation, having the courier note the detected anomaly, or in serious cases, refuse the delivery. This is a condition for exercising the right to compensation.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

All duly completed and paid orders will be processed within two working days: all shipments depart from PrestigeModaUomo only on working days, from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be handled the following Monday.

 

TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT ONLINE

PrestigeModaUomo offers its customers a traceable shipping service at all times, thanks to the service provided by partner couriers. The Customer will receive an email confirming the preparation of the order. From this moment, the package is awaiting entrustment to the courier on its next passage, usually by 11:00 AM each working day, and a tracking number will be provided. Alternatively, the tracking code can be found within your account in the 'my orders' section.

 

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

Shipments can be DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) or DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), depending on the shipping address. DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) shipping is carried out to EU countries (Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Hungary) where VAT/TVA is already calculated and included in the purchase price. DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) shipping is for Extra-EU or Extra-Schengen countries, which are not subject to VAT/TVA payment on the purchase price.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times are dependent on the destination areas of the products. ITALY (DDP): shipping is approximately expected within 2/5 days from the order depending on the availability of our suppliers, with delivery in the following three working days. EU European Countries (DDP): delivery is approximately expected within 3/6 working days from shipment. Extra-EU European Countries (DDU): delivery is approximately expected within 5/7 working days from shipment. Rest of the World: delivery is approximately expected up to 7-10 days from shipment with Express Service.

 

DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Once the goods have been delivered, it is the Customer's responsibility to carefully inspect the package before signing the delivery receipt. If the packaging appears tampered with or not intact, the Customer must sign the delivery receipt with reservation or refuse the delivery. Any anomalies must be promptly reported to the local courier office and to PrestigeModaUomo, by sending an e-mail to our customer service. If the Customer refuses the delivery of the goods, outside of cases of tampered and/or non-intact packages, all shipping costs necessary for the return of the package to PrestigeModaUomo will be deducted from the refund due to the Customer. If for any reason the shipment cannot be delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of registration, the package will be returned to PrestigeModaUomo at the Customer's expense. In this case, PrestigeModaUomo will deduct this amount from any refund due to the Customer.
