What are the return refund times and methods? All returned orders will be refunded within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be made using the same payment method used to place the order. Orders paid for by cash on delivery will be refunded by bank transfer.
Can I pick up my order directly in store? Yes, of course. You can pick up your order directly in store for free by selecting this delivery option when ordering. Your items will be ready within two business hours.
Can I pay cash on delivery? Yes, this payment method is also called cash on delivery and requires you to pay the courier upon delivery. Simply select the appropriate option when ordering. There is a €7.00 surcharge, which will not be refunded in the event of a return.
Can I exchange an item for another in a different size and/or color? Yes, if the return policy has not expired, request a return of the item you wish to exchange and you will be refunded. Place a new order for the new item of your choice.
